Fitness is core to military readiness and overall well-being. Our Fitness Centers offer a wide variety of fitness programs to provide Marines and their families with resources to lead active healthy lives.
Unit PT
Both Fitness Centers offer weekly, pre-scheduled group exercise classes just for active-duty groups of 10 or more. Each class is about an hour long. Please send requests to sc.fitness.usmc-mccs.org at least two weeks in advance and include the following information:
- POC
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Name of Unit (if applicable)
- Number of participants
- Desired date and time for class
- Desired class format
