Fitness is core to military readiness and overall well-being. Our Fitness Centers offer a wide variety of fitness programs to provide Marines and their families with resources to lead active healthy lives.

Personal Training

Semper Fit is now offering FREE personal training sessions for active duty only.

Unit PT Requests

Both Fitness Centers offer weekly, pre-scheduled group exercise classes just for active-duty groups of 10 or more. Each class is about an hour long. Request should include the following information:

  • POC
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Name of Unit (if applicable)
  • Number of participants
  • Desired date and time for class
  • Desired class format

Please send requests to sc.fitness.usmc-mccs.org at least two weeks in advance.

HITT

High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program that provides programming, facilities and education for active duty and reservist Marines. It focuses on physical resiliency and combat readiness. Phases of work out include pre-deployment, deployment, and post-deployment, or building your own workout templates, the Marine can fully develop and maintain their physical readiness and resiliency.

Outdoor HITT areas are open 24/7.
