Spend time with your new Marine in the comfort of your own shaded area. Equipment is rented daily. Please be sure make a reservation for each day you will need the equipment. A major credit or debit card is required for all rentals. Reservations can be made by clicking below.

RESERVE YOUR CANOPY 

PICKING UP YOUR EQUIPMENT

You will pick up your rental at the Douglas Visitors' Center, located on the left side of Boulevard de France just past the “We Make Marines” sign. Rental times are different each day and the time of return is strictly enforced. You will be charged for an additional day if equipment is returned after the hours listed.

  • Wednesday:  7:30am - 4:00pm
  • Thursday:  6:30am - 4:00pm
  • Friday:  7:00am - 12:00pm     

Photo identification is required to pick up your rental. The following forms of ID are accepted:

  • Driver’s license or state-issued ID card 
  • US or Foreign Passport
  • US Military ID

CANOPY SET RENTALS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESPONSIBILITY FOR SETUP AND TAKE DOWN

Customers are responsible for setting up and taking down rented canopies and chairs. Proper setup and takedown are crucial to ensure the safety and functionality of the equipment. Customers should be prepared to handle these tasks.

CANOPIES MUST BE SECURED WITH PROVIDED STAKES

It is crucial to secure canopies with stakes provided by our service. Strong winds or adverse weather conditions to prevent accidents and injuries caused by canopies tipping over in high winds. Safety is our top priority, and we strongly advise all customers to follow proper canopy installation procedures to ensure the safety of event attendees.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR CANOPIES TO BE RELOCATED

To ensure the safety of all event attendees, our rental team reserves the right to request customers to relocate canopies if they are not set up in a safe or appropriate location. Canopies cannot obstruct walkways, emergency exits, or pose any safety hazard. If you are asked by our staff to relocate your canopy to a more suitable location, please cooperate. It is our responsibility to ensure all guests have a safe and enjoyable event experience.

LATE RETURNS

Rental equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon time and date. Timely returns are essential to accommodate other customers' rentals and maintain our service's efficiency. Late returns may incur additional charges.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Customers are responsible for returning rented equipment in a clean and undamaged condition. Cleaning and proper handling ensure that our equipment remains in excellent condition for future customers.

DAMAGES TO EQUIPMENT

Customers renting canopies and chairs from our service are responsible for any damage caused to the rental equipment during their use. Customers will be charged a damage fee based on the extent of the damage. This fee will be determined by our inspection team. We encourage all customers to handle the equipment with care and report any damage immediately to avoid additional charges.

DAMAGES TO PERSONAL PROPERTY

Customers are solely responsible for any damages to personal property, including but not limited to vehicles, belongings, or other personal items. We strongly emphasize the importance of adhering to our guidelines and policies to ensure the safety of individuals and personal property during the event. Failure to do so may result in damage to personal property, and customers will be held responsible for any associated costs.

NO SHOW AND CANCELATION POLICY

Rentals may be cancelled at any time prior to acceptance of the equipment. Cancellations that are made more than 48 hours from the reservation date will receive a full refund. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for reservations cancelled less than 48 hours from the pick-up date.

No refunds will be issued after the reservation date.
