The Substance Assessment and Counseling Program (SACP) is dedicated to offering a variety of evidence-based non-medical services for individuals in the military community who are experiencing problems with alcohol and drug misuse. Services are individualized and tailored to meet the specific needs of Marines, retirees, and their family members who are 18 years and older.
