Have you ever attended a training or event hosted by the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)? Perhaps participated in a craft, walked your local community, or sipped coffee over conversation? All of these events are likely planned and hosted by your local EFMP Training, Education, and Outreach Specialist, otherwise known as a TEO.

TEO Specialists are EFMP personnel designed to create educational and outreach events that enhance family skills, knowledge, and experience during your time aboard an installation. TEO Specialists aim to create fun and inviting activities for parents, children, and families alike to foster opportunities for information sharing and networking.

TEO Specialists also work closely with EFMP Family Support Staff, commands, as well as on and off base partners, to enhance resource libraries, increase awareness of EFMP programming, and ensure quality service and support from your local EFMP office.
