Nutrition During the First Year

This class focuses on educating parents and expectant parents about nutrition during their child's first year. It will provide information about breastfeeding, formula feeding, and when and how to introduce solids into the baby's diet, in addition to providing community resources to aid in supporting parents and their children during the first year. 

Open to authorized base patrons with children under the age of one (1) or expectant parents. Due to limited spacing, you must register online or call (928) 269-2308.
