Marine Corps Family Team Building (MCFTB) is seeking dedicated volunteers to help bring Teens Warrior Day to life!

Volunteers are needed for a variety of roles, including:

• Setup & Teardown: Help prepare event spaces and restore them afterward.
• Station Facilitators: Guide teens through interactive stations and activities.
• Platoon Leaders / Squad Leaders: Lead small groups, motivate participants, and support team-building challenges.
• Drill Instructors: Demonstrate drill basics and encourage discipline and confidence.
• Corpsmen: Provide safety support and general care throughout the event.

Whether you enjoy mentoring youth, supporting structured activities, or lending your energy behind the scenes, MCFTB welcomes your participation. Every volunteer plays a key role in making this event successful.
