Ikigai
Many have heard that Okinawans live long, healthy, and happy lives because they have strong ikigai. But did you know there are multiple types of ikigai and that you can discover them yourself with just a little guidance? Our Guest Speaker studied Okinawan longevity for 10 years, much of that focusing on ikigai, its true definition, and how to find it. Many people today feel lost, empty, or even depressed.
