FAQs

Who can attend this concert?
Active-duty military, veterans, and their immediate family members are invited to attend this San Diego Symphony concert.

Do I need a ticket to enter the concert venue?
Yes. All guests, including children ages 2 and older, must have a valid ticket for entry. Children 2 and under do not need a ticket to enter this concert.

How will I receive my ticket?
Ticket order confirmations will come from toc@sandiegosymphony.org. You can expect to receive your tickets via email no later than July 7, 2025.

Starting the week of June 23, you will receive an email from the San Diego Symphony that will allow you to complete the setup of your mobile ticketing app and access your tickets for the July 10 concert. Please follow the steps below:

  1. You should have received a "Forgot Your Password" email from tickets@sandiegosymphony.org asking you to change your password. Please follow the instructions in that email to update your password. (If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.)
  2. Log in to the San Diego Symphony mobile app using your email address and newly updated password.
  3. Tap the icon in the upper right corner of the app to access your mobile ticketing wallet.
  4. Click on "My Tickets" to view your tickets.

Please note: Tickets are intended exclusively for active-duty military members, veterans, and their immediate families. They may not be shared with anyone outside of those groups. We appreciate your help in ensuring this concert experience remains focused on honoring our San Diego military community.

How do I access my ticket?
To access your mobile ticket, please download the Rady Shell app.

Note: Be sure to use the same email to log in that you used to secure your tickets.

How many tickets can I get?
To ensure equal opportunities for other service members, veterans, and their families, you are limited to eight tickets.

If I am unable to attend the concert, may I forward my ticket to another guest?
Your ticket may not be transferred to another guest. In order to allow another guest to attend the concert, you must return your ticket via the Rady Shell app.

Can I print my tickets at home?
No. Print-at-home tickets and/or screenshots will not be admissible for entry to The Rady Shell.

How do I get to the Rady Shell at Jacobs Park, and where can I find parking?
Please view maps, directions, and parking options for the Rady Shell.

Where are my seats?
This concert is general admission, including seating in a lawn section. If you plan to sit on the lawn, please consider bringing low-profile lawn chairs and/or a blanket to sit on while enjoying the concert.

What if I need ADA seating?
ADA seating will be available in multiple sections at The Rady Shell on a first-come, first-served basis. For help in identifying ADA seats, please see one of the San Diego Symphony ushers in a blue jacket.

When do the gates open before the concert?
The gates will open at 5:30pm, two hours before the concert start time (7:30pm).

What is the bag policy at The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park?
Guests may bring in one soft-sided bag per person, not to exceed 16”x16”x8”. No coolers are permitted. All bags and containers are subject to inspection by security prior to entering the venue.

Will I be allowed to bring food into the venue?
Guests are welcome to bring their own food into the venue for this concert. Glass bottles are not permitted. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into the venue, but are available for purchase from our Shell Provisions vendors.

Is there food available for purchase at this concert?
Yes! Guests may enjoy the food and beverage options from The Rady Shell’s food partners, such as delicious pizzas from Biga Pizza, a selection of tacos from Lola 55, Urban Kitchen, burgers and California fresh fare, and ice cream delights from locally owned Cali Cream, popcorn, and fun snacks.

How long is the concert?
The concert is approximately two hours and fifteen minutes, ending around 9:45pm.
